Eldwin came to Ostend from the city of Paris, but is actually a German. He decided to move there after the Second World War. Doing so, he just missed the fall of Théodore de Montagnard’s Court. In the decades that followed, he kept mostly to himself and his own business.

For several decennia, Eldwin has been the owner of an erotique boutique in the city. His social skills help him to aid every customer to make their purchase, whether they want it or not.

This Tremere has held onto a very extravagant fashion style and refuses to wear anything more modern. Eldwin really sticks out everywhere, not only because of his clothes. His white-blond hair and the pendulum he always carries with him make it impossible to mistake him for somebody else.
